SerParking informs users of this website about its personal data protection policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

What data do we process and for what purpose?

Through the booking form and the contact form on this website we collect data such as your first name, last name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration plate and model, and your booking details (dates, flight, services booked). We use this data exclusively to:

• Manage your parking space booking and any additional services requested.
• Respond to your enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• Send you the confirmation and details of your booking by email.

We do not use your data for any other purpose without your express consent.

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given by ticking the relevant box on our forms, as well as, in the case of bookings, the performance of the contractual relationship between you and SerParking.

Retention period

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (managing your booking or enquiry) and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable law.

Do we share your data with third parties?

We do not transfer or share your personal data with third parties, except where legally required or strictly necessary to provide the contracted service (for example, with the email provider we use to send you your booking confirmation).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability at any time by writing to us at hola@serparking.es indicating which right you wish to exercise.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.

SerParking adopts reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and alteration.
